Students will experiment with ingredients to learn about chemistry, physics, and biology in the kitchen. From mixing, heating, and cooling to understanding how food changes at the molecular level, they'll get a taste of how science is involved in every recipe. Whether baking or making homemade butter, students will discover the science behind their favorite foods and gain confidence in the kitchen—all while having fun and eating their science! Students will keep their chef hats.
