Get ready for a delicious annual tradition adventure! In this festive Holiday Baking class, young chefs step into our STEM kitchen to explore the science behind their favorite seasonal treats. Students will mix, measure, whisk, and experiment as they learn how chemistry makes cookies rise, icing thicken, chocolate melt perfectly, and flavors blend just right. Kids will leave with treats to share—and a new appreciation for the sweet science of the season!
