Description

At Cooking Science Camp, young chefs will explore the delicious side of science! This hands-on camp blends the art of cooking with the wonder of scientific discovery. Campers will experiment with ingredients to learn about chemistry, physics, and biology in the kitchen. From mixing, heating, and cooling to understanding how food changes at the molecular level, they'll get a taste of how science is involved in every recipe.
